The role requires someone who works independently and drives topics on behalf of the Operations Lead, with visibility and interaction with senior leadership. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a track record of management of operations activities like cross function collaboration, project management, reporting and communication management.**Primary responsibilities include**:- Be key shaper and driver to ensure all business results and projections are appropriately communicated to and interpreted by Leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to help them take the proper decisions to run their businesses. Full understanding of the business from sales and pipeline perspective, finance perspective, chargeability, etc.
- Peer to peer interaction with key areas (governance, Finance, HR, Capability, Sales & Pricing Performance, etc) for business run, understanding key functions of the business to integrate all those areas. Drive strategy, key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams. Drives collaboration across a team including sales and business operations, finance, HR teams (weekly or daily basis).
- Manage and drive special projects and requests that requires deep knowledge of complex components of the businesses.
- Understanding the businesses and technologies that we sell to our customers.
- Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics, feedback from stakeholders and dynamic context.**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:
The Business Operations Manager have a mix of skills: Data analysis, strong collaboration skills to achieve the strategy and the ability to handle dynamic priorities.**Educational **Qualification**:
**Must have**:- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)**Skills & Work **Experience**:
**Must have**:- Minimum of 5/6+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to establish credibility with business leadership team and other internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed team.
- Must have strong financial, HR, pipeline, forecasting acumen as it relates to understanding reporting and processes that impact the business.
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence when dealing with all levels, including Senior Managing Directors.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong organization, communication (written and verbal) and analytic skills.
- Project and organization management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language.
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions.
- Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands.
- Strategic thinking.Good to have:- Understanding of Accenture operation and reporting structure
- Strong Understanding of organization business processes and policies
