The FP&A; team is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the insurance business. With a strong focus on reporting, dashboard generation, and business case development, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Analysts contribute to recurring reporting cycles, variance analysis, and model maintenance, while progressively taking ownership of more complex deliverables. Given the high exposure to senior management, this environment accelerates professional growth but also demands rigor, precision, and a consistently high standard of delivery.
