In this role, you will combine strong sales capabilities with technical and product understanding to drive business growth, lead complex sales cycles, and expand relationships with our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into tailored digital product and staff augmentation solutions for the AgTech industry.

🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Drive growth within existing clients through renewals, upselling, and new opportunities.
Translate customer needs into tailored technical and product solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define proposals and ensure successful delivery.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Identify new opportunities and contribute to evolving Magoya’s value proposition.🔎 What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in tech consulting, pre-sales, or services sales.
Strong experience in account growth and managing complex sales cycles.
Solid understanding of product development, UX, and data-driven solutions.
Experience selling staff augmentation services (US & LatAm is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
