**About the role**:
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our fast-moving product team. You’ll work closely with our Product and Growth teams to ensure smooth delivery, clean processes, and consistent progress tracking across multiple initiatives (existing project at growth stage and upcoming project).This role is adecuado for someone who loves organization, clarity, and continuous improvement — and who isn’t afraid to dive into Plane.so boards, Slack threads, and messy documentation to make sense of it all.**Key Responsibilities**:
Board & Process Hygiene- Own Plane.so board accuracy — constant grooming, validating task statuses, following up on blockers.- Ensure tasks move properly through each workflow stage and reflect real progress of a team.- Enforce consistency in task naming, labels, and ownership.Task Quality Control- Maintain a “Definition of Ready” checklist (description, AC, owner, dependencies).- Support the Product and Growth teams in creating well-defined, actionable tickets.- Audit new tasks weekly to ensure completeness and clarity.Reporting & Delivery Tracking- Build and maintain lightweight reports on velocity and delivery (planned vs done) for a few teams.- Summarize weekly team output, blockers, and progress for Product leadership.- Highlight risks early and propose adjustments to keep delivery predictable.Meeting Follow-ups & Accountability- Track all action items from retros and weekly planning.- Ensure each item has an owner and deadline, and follow up mid-week.- Prepare a brief closure summary before each next retro.Cross-Team Coordination- Bridge Product and Growth: ensure UX/analytics requests become actionable tickets.- Help synchronize priorities between technical and business tracks.Documentation & Knowledge Management- Establish and maintain a central documentation hub (Plane Wiki).- Create templates for different tasks types, release logs and cycle summaries.- Keep information structured and accessible to the whole team.Tool Integration & Automation- Collaborate on improving workflows between Slack, plane.so, and GitHub.**Qualifications**:- Have experience as a PM, Project Coordinator, or Agile Assistant.- Familiarity with agile tools (Plane.so, Jira, or similar).- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.- Comfort managing multiple streams of information and aligning stakeholders.- Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you fix the chaos.**Why join us**:
