- This is a **full time and fully remote** job in LATAM.**Responsibilities****Manage Accounts Receivable**:- Process invoices and credit notes.
- Monitor customer account balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.**Manage Accounts Payable**:- Verify and process vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and process checks or electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.**Implement Technology Systems**:- Research, select, and implement modern technology systems to streamline AR/AP processes.
- Train staff on the use of new systems.**Manage Written Communication**:- Draft and send professional correspondence to customers and vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.**Analyze Financial Data**:- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with implementing and managing accounting technology systems is a plus.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
