**State the overall function or purpose of the job.**
- Responsible for develop, implement and lead programs to support our patients all over Argentina, Chile, Uruguay & Paraguay.- RESPONSIBILITIES
- List the major responsibilities of the job.
- Structure and plan the patient support program
- Lead Home infusions programs and PSP as well as launch new PSP for new products.
- Create and enhance new models to support patients education.
- Evaluate and adjust the strategy on each territory to solve local problems.
- Manage the contract with the patient program: provisions, news, renewal, selection of providers, procurement of supports, follow up.
- Stablish synergy working together with the Patient Advocacy Manager
- Influence and engage in long term relationships in and out of the organization
- Innovate and enhance new models and programs to support commercial / business
- Manage and adhere to corporate policies and practices and full compliance to company´s Code of Conduct and Legal/Compliance policies
- Contribute together with Sales OP, Marketing, Financial and Medical areas to an appropriate support on the disease journey of patients.
- Follow up the case by case situation guiding the PSP for ARG & CH- SCOPE
- Quantify the scope or impact of the job in terms of revenue, expenses, capital investment, headcount, etc.Under the guidance of the Area Director, the PSP Manager will be responsible for leading and launch the Patient Support Program across the southern cone.
- Minimal capital investment (computer and other equipment to perform job functions, etc.).
- Costs will be incurred in this position through required travel.EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or science discipline
- English in intermediate or advanced level - required
- EXPERIENCE
- State both the minimum and the preferred number of years of relevant experience, and describe the essential functions of the job.
- +3 years Pharmaceutical experience - preferred
- 40% travel requirement
- Knowledge and excellence relationship with vendors
- Depth knowledge of the Argentinian Health system
- Strategic vision of the access process in Argentina
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong planning skills
- Experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet timelines
