OverviewWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to support the outreach and growth efforts for a marketing firm that owns and operates high-traffic media pages across various platforms. This role focuses on identifying, contacting, and engaging with brands and strategic partners to drive new deal flow, amplify client reach, and support creator talent acquisition. The right candidate is confident in outbound outreach, quick to understand a prospect’s needs, and persistent in building relationships. The role leans heavily on research and targeting the right people, especially in newly funded companies, and requires someone who understands how to navigate org charts and identify decision-makers. While you may eventually join client-facing calls, the core of this role is identifying opportunities and pushing deals forward through strong, strategic outreach.Employment detailsFull-time. Fully remote.Hours: 9am-5pm CST.Pay: $1,800/moKey Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold outreach to brands, decision-makers, and strategic partners to spark interest and book meetings.
- Go through lists of recently funded companies and strategically identify the best person to reach out to based on the company’s structure and offering.
- Target individuals in the ideal customer profile (ICP), such as strategists or marketing leads.
- Perform research to understand the prospect’s role, pain points, and potential for collaboration.
- Identify qualified leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools.
- Maintain and update lead data, notes, and pipeline activity in the company CRM.
- Work alongside internal teams to tailor outreach strategies based on page performance, audience, and past collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to support amplification campaigns and creator outreach.
- Maintain follow-up sequences with prospects and adapt messaging to increase engagement and conversions.
- Track brand trends and identify new outreach opportunities based on market shifts and funding activity.Key Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound outreach.
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers and push outreach efforts forward strategically.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various brand tones.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Able to quickly understand and explain marketing value propositions.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.Nice to Have- Experience in influencer marketing, media partnerships, or brand collaborations.
- Background in creator acquisition or talent management.
- Familiarity with digital media pages and amplification strategies.
