- Go through lists of recently funded companies and strategically identify the best person to reach out to based on the company’s structure and offering.
- Target individuals in the ideal customer profile (ICP), such as strategists or marketing leads.
- Perform research to understand the prospect’s role, pain points, and potential for collaboration.
- Identify qualified leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools.
- Maintain and update lead data, notes, and pipeline activity in the company CRM.
- Work alongside internal teams to tailor outreach strategies based on page performance, audience, and past collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to support amplification campaigns and creator outreach.
- Maintain follow-up sequences with prospects and adapt messaging to increase engagement and conversions.
- Track brand trends and identify new outreach opportunities based on market shifts and funding activity.Key Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound outreach.
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers and push outreach efforts forward strategically.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various brand tones.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Able to quickly understand and explain marketing value propositions.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.Nice to Have- Experience in influencer marketing, media partnerships, or brand collaborations.
- Background in creator acquisition or talent management.
- Familiarity with digital media pages and amplification strategies.
