\n\nWe’re looking for our next Analyst, Reconciliation\nThe Reconciliation team is a critical pillar of Questrade’s Operations department, acting as the primary gatekeeper for the firm’s brokerage accounts. The team is responsible for the integrity of financial data across over 570 internal accounts, ensuring that every position and dollar is accounted for between Questrade’s internal books and external partners. We work in a high‑stakes, collaborative environment, interfacing daily with third‑party clearing services and various internal departments—such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Client Operations—to mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risk.\nThe ‘Analyst, Reconciliation’ is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and measuring in‑house processes and third‑party services against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and CIRO regulatory obligations. This role serves as the first point of contact for third‑party administrative partners and is tasked with identifying and resolving complex breaks in the book
