- In charge of corporate office reception.
- Office access, correspondence, meeting room administration.
- Supplier management for events, meetings and communications.
- Coordination of events inside and outside the site: Team Building, team meetings, others.
- Coordination of meetings, events, logistics and general assistance.
- Support different areas of central offices.
- Contact suppliers request for quotes and catering for events.
- Consolidation of the agenda of different business areas.
