This role is critical to accelerating technological exploration and providing technical support for internal initiatives that involve conversational agents, RAG systems, and model training.The selected candidate will also actively contribute to AI-based solution development for internal products and may be assigned to client delivery projects based on business needs.
We are seeking a versatile profile, able to adapt to changing contexts, solve emerging challenges, and collaborate across multiple teams including Product, Sales, and Technology.Responsibilities:Design, build, and validate AI PoCs quickly and effectivelyContribute to identifying AI application opportunities in internal productsProvide technical support for internal developments integrating AI, working with internal/external resources and technology teams to improve or add new capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement conversational agents, RAG systems, and other AI-driven solutionsTrain models and fine-tune pipelines according to business or user needsDevelop and maintain frontend and backend components required to integrate AI solutionsWork with Sales and Growth teams to estimate time, technical profiles, and capabilities for AI project proposalsSupport hiring processes by evaluating AI-focused candidates for internal and client-facing projectsDocument key learnings, decisions, and explored approaches to encourage continuous improvement and reuseParticipate in internal initiatives and, when needed, join client projects in a technical AI-focused roleRequirements:Technical skillsProgramming Languages: PythonMachine Learning Tools: TensorFlow/PyTorch, LlamaIndex, scikit-learnDeep understanding of Deep Learning techniques and transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT)Experience working with large datasets and data processing techniques (Data wrangling, ETL)Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWSFamiliarity with language models and advanced NLP techniquesExperience in training and fine-tuning LLMs, classifiers, embeddings, RAG models, etc.Full-stack development experience with at least one modern tech stackSoft SkillsAbility to work under pressure and in uncertain contexts (IMPORTANT)Strong analytical skills and ability to estimate technical effort (IMPORTANT)Proactivity in proposing ideas and solving problems independentlyCritical thinking with a results-oriented mindsetFlexibility and adaptability to new technologies and changing directionsStrong collaboration skills with product, design, sales, and engineering teamsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, for technical and non-technical audiencesPrevious experience working with product or innovation teamsParticipation in hackathons, innovation labs, or R&D environmentsContributions to open-source projects or technical publicationsIntermediate to advanced English proficiency with ability to hold fluent technical conversationsEnglish not requiredRequired Location:ArgentinaCreate a Job AlertInterested in building your career at Santex?
