and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Job Description:We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Infosys Taiwan team .Responsibilities:- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale IT projects
- PMP/Prince2/Agile Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Strong problem determination and solving skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal IT & business managers; must be a team player
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and written Traditional Chinese
- Experience managing large-scale projects (>$500m) using Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in a consulting firm (preferred)
- Track record of managing and implementing complex projects across multiple teams
- Vendor management experience
- Strong understanding of IT project management and status reporting
- Effective communication skills for stakeholders at all levels- Proactive attitude with good negotiation and influencing skillsAdditional Skills:- Excellent customer interfacing skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
