- The Head of Delivery Office is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role leads the central Delivery Office, including:
- - The portfolio of projects and programs (change & transformation, product launches, major enhancements
- A team of Project/Program Managers and PMO professionals
- A community of Scrum Masters and Agile delivery leads
- The Business Implementation Center of Excellence (CoE), accountable for business readiness, product set‑up, configuration, and operationalization in core systems
- Own the organization’s end‑to‑end delivery model, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution of strategic initiatives from idea to value realization across waterfall, agile, and hybrid approache
- Lead enterprise portfolio management, including prioritization, capacity planning, governance, and integrated roadmapping, ensuring clear visibility of dependencies, risks, milestones, and value delivery
- Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams of Project/Program Managers, PMO professionals, and Scrum Masters, setting delivery standards, coaching leaders, and driving continuous improvement in ways of working
- Establish and lead the Business Implementation Center of Excellence, ensuring effective product configuration, system readiness, cutover planning, and operational enablement in close collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure all major initiatives include robust change management, communications, training, and adoption tracking, embedding new processes and ways of working beyond technical go‑lives
- Act as the primary executive point of contact for delivery performance, providing transparent, data‑driven insights on progress, risks, quality, compliance, and benefits realization.

- *Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in project/program management, transformation delivery, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record leading large, cross‑functional programs that span business and technology, ideally in [your industry: e.g., financial services, telco, health, etc.]
- Experience running a centralized PMO / Delivery Office, Transformation Office, or similar governance function
- Strong understanding of both classic project management and agile / product delivery methodologies (e.g., PMP/Prince2 and/or Scrum/SAFe certifications preferred)
- Proven track record leading complex business and IT delivery programs, including system implementation, integration, configuration, testing, and release into production
- Solid knowledge of IT project lifecycles, architectures, integration patterns, and environments, enabling effective partnership with technology teams and high quality delivery
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Portfolio and demand management,
- Business and system implementation (product set‑up, configuration, and rollout),
- Change management and business adoption
