We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support market expansion across Italy.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.
This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with cold outreach.
? Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via:
Cold calls
LinkedIn outreach
Email campaigns
Identify and engage decision-makers
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Book meetings for the internal sales team
Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
? Requirements
Fluency in Italian + English (mandatory)
Previous experience in:
SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
Self-driven and performance-oriented
Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
