- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.Minimum years experience required- 1-4 yearsMain Tasks- Preparing and conducting leadership interviews, reviewing qualitative data, and synthesizing insights into clear themes and risks.- Drafting text‑heavy report sections or building PowerPoint pages, collaborating with deal teams in different time zones, and aligning analyses and messages.- Managing timelines, organizing workstreams, and ensuring deliverables connect leadership, talent, and culture findings to the value creation plan.Required Skills- Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills.- Experience in M&A;, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work.- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; data visualization tools are a plus.- Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews and identify themes and risks.- Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions.- Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments.Nice to have- Experience in M&A; or due diligence.- Knowledge of leadership/culture assessments.- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.- Background in psychology or organizational development.- Prior client-facing or general team experience.- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
