This role combines functional expertise in finance processes with technical proficiency in D365 Finance and Operations. The individual will lead troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization efforts, ensuring system stability and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, this position plays a critical role in driving efficiency and compliance across financial operations.Reports To: Vice President, Enterprise ApplicationsWork Location:This position is on-site for candidates based in City of Buenos Aires or AMBA. For candidates residing outside of Buenos Aires City/AMBA (any other city or province), the role will be remote.Application Requirement:Applicants are requested to submit their resumes in English.Position Responsibilities- Serve as the lead support resource for D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.
- Oversee system updates, patches, and deployments using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Support integrations with other systems and ensure data integrity across financial workflows.
- Train and mentor junior support team members on finance-related ERP functionalities.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and compliance.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and data migration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for ERP deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.Desired Qualifications- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
