
Accounting Analyst

- Accounting Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting: Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations. Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
- Record Keeping: Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
- GAAP Compliance: Record, analyze, and report worldwide financial data in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for Kyndryl’s legally required filings, including SEC and local country agencies.
- Auditing: Plan, conduct, and apply different types of audits to ensure compliance with requirements, including internal and external auditing, financial and quality auditing, risk analysis, and control deficiency management.
- Compliance: Apply knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the business to ensure adherence to internal and governmental policies, including regulatory compliance, compliance management and reporting, and security controls.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Utilize financial information to plan, forecast, and make decisions, including quantitative analysis, financial modeling, decision support systems, and strategic decision-making.
- Reporting/Analytics: Plan, conduct, and interpret financial analyses to gain insight on business improvements, including data collection, statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and various analytic software and dashboards.
- Accounting Experience: Previous experience in accounting and knowledge of categories in a financial statement.
- Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables. Advanced knowledge in macros is not required.
- SAP knowledge: Basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable
- Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
- Location: The candidate should live in Buenos Aires as attendance at the office twice a week is required.
- Education: Preferably advanced in their accounting career, although relevant work experience will be considered as compensation.
