- Develop and execute sales of Radiology portfolio (contrast media, devices and consumables) to key accounts, accounts, and customers assuring business objectives in its territory and national net sales target.
- Consolidate and create excellent relationships with all stakeholders in key accounts, accounts and customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of web relation stakeholder map in key accounts, accounts and customers to create and activate impact actions to develop value for Bayer business and Bayer long term commercial relationships.
- Assure timely payments of customers reaching DSO target with each customers and taking care of national target of DSO.
- Create and design territory/accounts plan to assure business growing (new business opportunities) in a medium and long term vision trough long term commercial relationship with accounts and customers.
- Create, plan and execute plan accounts according to customer needs, win-win solutions, internal and external consensus of the solution, valued proposal to customers, closing the deal and assure execution, results and customer satisfaction.
- Create, keep and maintain relations with KOLs and other stakeholders for the business in terms of territory and/or national scope.
- Keep on track activities and relevant information about competitor actions in field that should be shared with marketing and managerial areas under Bayer compliance framework.
- Create and facilitate new innovative ideas to create value to customers and patients, willing higher levels of services and customer satisfaction in all the steps of value chain between Bayer and customers.**Unlock your Potencial**
- University degree in Administration / Engineering / Economics / Healthcare related fields.
- Experience in commercial, sales and/or marketing in the industry (5 years).
- Intermediate level of English
- High level communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
