An intern works on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program. Primary responsibilities include:
Essential Responsibilities
- Works on projects accounting analysis, requiring independent decision-making.
- Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
- May be asked to analyze data with excel or various other analysis tools
- Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required.TaskWeekly:- Aging Accounts Receivables.
- Collections follow up.
- Purchase orders creation.
- Bi weekly invoice reports to HQ.
- New Vendor/ Customer Creation.
- Share Service Centers FUP support.Monthly:- Aging Accounts Payables/ GNRI Analysis.
- Intercompany billing.
- Intercompany Debt detail
- Reporting support
- Customers past due analysis & actions.
- Journal entries submission.
- Project Accounting analysis.Quarterly:- Accounts reconciliations-Balance Sheet
- Detail Rev Recognition
- IBS-intercompany account reconciliation
- Quarterly Reserves: Bad Debt, Obsolescence.
- Customers past due analysis & actions
- Close accounts reconciliation open items.Qualifications/ Requirements
- Student of Public Accountant, business administration or related.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
- Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
- English Level: Intermediate.Desired: ERP knowledge, previous accounting experience.**About Us**:
