Who we are looking for
Dragons Elite Athletics is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as Project Manager.

What you will be working on
Our Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; managing project scope and deliverables; and overseeing project execution.
Stakeholder Management: Communicating project status to stakeholders, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks; developing contingency plans.
Team Leadership: Leading project teams, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring projects comply with relevant financial regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Click, MS Planner), and frameworks.
Experience with financial technology products, platforms, and systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate teams, work collaboratively, and build strong relationships.
Understanding of the Fintech industry, financial regulations, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
5+ years of experience with Fintech products.
Forward thinker, collaborator, knowledge transfer facilitator.
A self-motivated learner who is constantly seeking out new technologies and ways of working.
