The Sr Analyst will have significant exposure with Business Unit Finance Organization as well as connection with FP&A; team members and finance community.This role should demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives of Connect and Shape by utilizing performance metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenge status quo and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility. The role also required to be autonomous and independent on the daily basis process and is encouraged to act as the key contact between the business and the BUF Team.**Description**:
Provide financial consulting and strategic support, including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, new business opportunities and other projects requested.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Accounting or related**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis
- Analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Intermediate English**Preferred**:- Knowledge in Power BI and SAP**Other**:- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
