- ** Strategy**: Work closely with the leadership and S&P; teams across Latam to build a shared vision and strategic approach for the region and run strategic, consulting-like, projects
- ** Planning**: Build & maintain financial and operation models, operational reporting, OKRs, projections, and key business metrics to advise leadership decision making
- ** Hands-on execution**:Scale, build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist the operation while also stepping into operational gaps to help the local teams implement strategic initiatives
- ** Project management**: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, support strategic bets that are being incubated or require strategic leadership and support across the region
- ** Develop Relationships**: Collaborate with other functional areas (Business Development, People Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Rides, Eats, Cornershop, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships**What You Will Need**
- Full proficiency in English
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, process optimization, business intelligence and/or strategy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior partners and cross-functional teams
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
- Self-starter, the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
- Grittiness, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away
- Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues preferred
- Experience implementing process optimization frameworks preferred
