Essentially, Enterprise Operations & Technology re-engineers’ client and partner processes to deliver excellence through secure, reliable, and controlled services.**LATAM TTS Project Senior Manager**This is a regional position focused on business analysis with experience in IT project implementations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deep interaction with users to elaborate business and technical requirements
- Be a key member link between the internal clients and all teams involved in the entire life of the project
- Analyze functional requirements to build active implementation tasks with a clear ownership
- Define technical requirements definitions to share with development teams
- Tests required for the implementation changes
- Analysis and resolution of the data quality issues that might arise after implementation
- Build documentation of the implementation performed to be shared with relevant areas
- Strong communication with the implementation leaders and key stakeholders of the status and potential risks of the project
- Strong ability to build partnership relationships in the company**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-10 years relevant financial services experience, preferably Corporate banking.
- Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting expertise
- Strong data attribute knowledge in capital markets and Cash & Trade.
- Operational experience (Trade settlement and Risk and P&L; Reporting) a Plus.
- Good documentation and communication with the technology team both to provide requirements and understanding of any issues is paramount
- Experience with project planning and tracking with proficiency in excel and JIRA automation Dashboards/BI reporting experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
- Nice to have banking products knowledge
