Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior DCX Analyst to join our TLAC DCX - Connected Vehicles Projects team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to call center teams and dealerships, ensuring quick and effective resolution of connected vehicle issues.
Identify and implement process improvements in internal and service processes, collaborating with IT teams to create innovative solutions.
Map, review, and optimize workflows, implementing new processes to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Analyze data and feedback to identify recurring issues and develop preventive solutions.
Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and improvements.
Identify and propose service and support enhancements within the connected vehicle ecosystem.
Apply and analyze customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS, driving continuous improvements.
Ensure dealer network alignment with best practices and connected vehicle program guidelines.
Support training and development programs for internal teams and strategic partners.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
Experience in call center operations, customer service, or technical support.
Knowledge of customer service KPIs, quality metrics, and performance indicators.
Experience with NPS methodologies and satisfaction surveys.
Analytical skills to interpret data and propose strategic actions.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and strategic partners.
Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and problem-solving focus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in digital products and services development, management, or implementation, including applications, platforms, and connected services, is valued.
Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, and CRM platforms is advantageous.
