Service Delivery_**

- Performs weekly inventory audits records.

- Collaboration in moving operations between buildings (including openings and closures).

Operation & Maintenance
- **Ensure the maintenance, control, and compliance of building conditions.
- Building Maintenance<>-Vendor Management. - (Cleaning / Vending / Hygiene / Gardening /maintenance).
- Administrative tasks, keeping records of checks to guarantee the quality in the fulfillment of the services.<>-<>-Management and monitoring of Facilities Critical Preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for records and controls to ensure quality in the fulfillment of services.
- Collaborate with control processes for assigned services, create and maintain and oversee regular reviews to ensure opportunities for improvement are applied, and that they remain up to date, efficient, effective and relevant to the customer service offering.
- Manage, coordinate, register and monitor outsourced service providers, managing their performance indicators.**_
