- Operational continuity of generation, compression, and transmission for all required feeds
- Supporting all live feeds, Live events, early detecting, solving, and reporting on air impacts
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving for all tickets and emergency calls generated by BOC and other teams**Qualifications & Experience**
- Ability to learn new systems and level 1 support task
- General knowledge of Generation, Compression and Transmission
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to Interact with internal and external teams
- Above average skills in Team work
- General knowledge of Video Protocols and systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and similar tools
- Experience in Problem solving under pressure
- Degree or equivalent experience in Communications / Electronic Engineer
- Experience in Transmission Operation Center
- General knowledge of Professional Video broadcast service
