Impressive, right?To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!Ready to be part of the experience?Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.About The TeamGrowth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our events perform as expected, pushing its growth across the globe.Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected directionAbout The RoleYou will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets.You will create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the regionIn this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.Being a Growth Manager at Fever means fully owning the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line.Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on general projects that will define the future of the entertainment industryEnhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and eventsDefine and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skillsDesign end-to-end solutions with daily high impactAbout YouYou have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teamsA high level of English.
