- At least 3 years of corporate experience
- Excellent Spanish communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
- A college degree is required
- Good computer skills
- Typing skills and the ability to type accurately while on video call
- Know how to multitask

- A noise-canceling computer headset with a microphone
- High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)

- Processor - Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent

- Number of days per week: 5 to 6 days
- Working hours: Mexico timezone - (GMT-6)
