Accountabilities:
In this role, you will:Manage and oversee a team responsible for negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.
Serve as an escalation point for both direct reports and business line stakeholders.
Supervise the legal engagement process and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements to streamline contract management.
Assess, mitigate, or escalated legal risks associated with commercial agreements.
Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure agreements meet business objectives.
Handle a variety of agreements, including master services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, collaboration agreements, and memorandums of understanding.Requirements:
The adecuado candidate has:Bachelor’s degree in Law.
5+ years of experience in contract negotiation or as a contract manager.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Jotform.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and mentor direct reports.
