- Dealer administration: Know the business Awards; Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies); Define with mkt area the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers; Work with Dealer Development area suggesting re-structuring and formulating action plan to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee; Manage the commercial products demonstration.
- Commercial Task: Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a complete line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, Hay Products, ATS, parts); Ensure that the sales plans for each dealer are aligned with the strategic plan and follow up it; Represent the company in negotiations; Analyze the marketing situation of the region assigned, segmenting it by product, culture, competition and customers; Represent the company legally in biddings and auctions; Set regional commercial policy according the percentage of discount previously approved and, if necessary, negotiate with pricing department alternatives to implement.
- Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Hay Tools & AG Precision);
- AG Market Knowledge, Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program;
