On Boarding Carry out the onboarding and offboarding processes Provide support to leaders in integrating the collaborator into teams.Engagement & Culture
Collaborate in the design and execution of the different engagement initiatives (remote and on site) and actions such as events, celebrations, benefits. Collaborate with leaders to understand and address the specific needs of their teams. Manage the Co-Working spaces: reservations, onsite actions, purchases Promote and roll out actions and initiatives within the current ongoing culture project linked to core values.Training Collaborate on training programs and community-buildingAt Making Sense we are more than 400 passionate professionals working to provide disruptive software solutions with the most outstanding UX.
