Role Overview
As a Process Professional, you will:
Ensure adherence to HSE and ergonomics standards.
Participate in designing assembly processes and equipment with the EPM, MPM, and extended teams.
Support technical choices to improve processes.
Conduct technical and economic analyses of supplier offers in collaboration with purchasing.
Oversee the design, validation, and transfer of assembly equipment, including functional specifications, FMEA supervision, ergonomics, and technical adaptations.
Validate equipment in supplier workshops, fine-tune in the plant, and ensure smooth transfer.
Ensure proper documentation and validation of equipment and processes.
Participate in capability validation, lessons learned, and productivity projects within the assembly department.
Throughout your activities, you will apply integrated management systems (Quality, Environment, Safety).
