YOUR TASKS
Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y distribución (física y ponderada) en la región asignada
Desarrollar e implementar planes comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento del market share.
Gestionar cuentas corrientes, incluyendo seguimiento de cobranzas y resolución de saldos pendientes.
Monitorear inventarios de clientes y ajustar parámetros para garantizar abastecimiento continuo.
Representar a la empresa, fortaleciendo relaciones estratégicas y maximizando la rentabilidad de las cuentas.
YOUR PROFILE
Profesional con licenciatura concluida en Comercialización, Administración o carreras afines.
Mínimo 2 años de experiência gestionando grandes cuentas como Ejecutivo o KAM jr., preferentemente en industrias como cosmética, limpieza, alimentos o bebidas.
Perfil con orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad operativa, proactivo, autónomo y con buenas habilidades analíticas.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con capacidad de influencia, manejo del conflicto y adaptabilidad a la ambigüedad.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado y dominio de herramientas de Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
Disponibilidad para viajar y contar con movilidad propia en buenas condiciones; excelente presencia.
