- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Track outreach activities in our CRM (Close)
- Collaborate closely with the team for feedback and continuous improvementRequirements- Fluent English with a neutral or light accent (required)
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. property owners or managers
- Strong communication skills, persistence, and a proactive attitude
- Fast learner — able to complete a 1-week onboarding program and apply the training quickly
