Whether you're a retailer looking for seamless monetization or an expert shaping the future of ad tech, Topsort is where innovation happens.Now we're looking for a hungry Account Executive to join our LATAM team, based in Santiago, Buenos Aires, or Mexico City. You'll drive growth, close deals, and own the sales cycle-building relationships, winning key accounts, and collaborating with our founders and product team to shape the future of retail media.Key Responsibilities- Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure or the upcoming new product lines, and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota.
- Demonstrate relentless focus and “hunter energy” to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market.
- Ability to generate pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, Linkedin outreach or more.
- Take prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with strong understanding of Topsort's products as Topsort is a product-led company with strong technical product features.
- Act as the voice of the customer, provide feedback to the product team and work closely with the founders to perfect and improve the product.
- Be a subject matter expert: know everything about Topsort's products, retail media market landscape, and stay on top of the industry trends as you will be speaking with very knowledgeable customers.What we expect from you- Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, or background in consulting, product management, have worked with fast-growing dynamic startups, proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer facing role.
- Startup hustle and speed: You're able to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers.
- Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become the expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
- Team Player: lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieve goals together.
- This role will be based in Santiago, Buenos Aires or Mexico City.What is it like to work at Topsort?
