We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentAs a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What You Will Do:You will oversee clinical trial management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes.
  • Proactively addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.
Your Profile:You will have solid clinical trial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.Required qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in clinical trial management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing projects for LATAM or Canada is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English
