Their mission is simple**:_“Any data from any source in any format transformed into valuable information customers trust in the shortest time possible at a reasonable cost.”_** If you’re passionate about data and analytics and love the idea of working with others who share your passion, you’ll feel right at home as a software engineer on the Data Technologies team!**As a Senior Software Engineer you will**:- Work in a team environment using Agile practices
- Develop high performing data streams and APIs to guarantee fast and accurate delivery
- Utilize Test Driven, Paired Programming and Continuous Integration development methods
- Constantly learn from and educate others to improve yourself and CARFAX**To be considered for this role, you will need**:- 5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Ability to solve complex problems and learn from mistakes
- Familiarity with database concepts
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment**You will also need to have experience with**:- Java or C#
- Frameworks like Groovy and Spring
- MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL
- Amazon Web Services
- Hadoop
- RabbitMQ
- Linux command line
- Unit and integration testing
- Git version control
