- Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication with client stakeholders in different mediums (slack and video) and contexts (f2f and with groups)

- Technical aptitude: confidence with smartphones, operating systems and laptops
- High-quality internet, power and computer that can support online face-to-face (e.g. Google Meet) conversation without interruption
