ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media).
Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and fit.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
Track all activities and pipeline progress in CRM tool (HubSpot).
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong English communication skills (professional level).
A hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and goal-driven.
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
