Supercharge your career with the support of a global team that empowers you to do your best work.\n- *We are looking for a talented Workshop Technician – (Mechanical Technician) to join our team specializing in Engine Repair and Maintenance for our Distribution Business Unit in Neuquén, Argentina.
- *In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform basic corrective maintenance, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a workshop environment, under direct supervision.
- Disassemble, inspect, clean and assemble engines and engine components following Cummins procedures and safety standards.
- Support diagnostic activities using guided workflows, service manuals and basic mechanical and electronic tools.
- Assist with service documentation, including work orders, timesheets, warranty and quality records, ensuring accurate system updates.
- To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Technical experience in mechanical maintenance (heavy-duty mechanics experience is highly valued).
- Experience or exposure to fracturing equipment used in the Oil & Gas industry (important).
- Willingness to work 100% on site and availability for national travel when required.
- Basic English level and a positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- *Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or technical training in mechanics (preferred, not mandatory).
- Apprentice-trained engine technician background is a plus.
- Minimal workshop experience required; idóneo for technicians with some experience who want to continue developing.
- Valid local driving license (preferred).
