Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager to define and lead the strategic marketing vision for Fever’s largest and fastest-growing markets: US, Canada and LATAM. You will shape how our premium experiences, both Fever Originals and major general IP collaborations, reach millions of consumers. This role requires a leader who combines strategic depth, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet the end-to-end marketing strategy for the US market, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.\nLead multi-channel digital strategy across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and scalable growth.\nBuild, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, including performance marketing profiles, creatives, and cross-functional project leads.\nWork cross-functionally with the Business Strategy team to define strategies that maximize regional growth.\nDrive cross-functional alignment with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product to ensure a unified and high-impact marketing approach.\nLead meetings with strategic partners and internal teams involved in key projects, ensuring alignment, progress, and successful execution.\nOversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.\nOwn strategic planning and forecasting, supporting revenue growth and market penetration goals.\nLeverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making, uncover opportunities, and continuously refine marketing models.\nRepresent the marketing strategy at leadership level, collaborating closely with regional and global executives.\nChampion innovation, testing new formats, platforms, and growth opportunities to keep Fever at the forefront of digital entertainment marketing.\nAbout You\n10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems.\nStrong background in leading senior teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and operating within complex, fast-paced environments.\nDemonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact.\nHighly analytical, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented; decision-making.\nExecutive communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.\nNative or bilingual English level and fluent Spanish.
