Responsibilities Support the end‑to‑end Off‑cycle Adjustments (OCA) process by tracking requests, preparing submissions, monitoring approvals, and providing assistance to stakeholders.\nMaintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and smooth operational workflows.\nServe as the Workday point of contact for the North America Compensation team, assisting with questions on wage types, reports, system requirements, and deadlines.\nBuild, update, and run Workday compensation reports, coordinating bi‑weekly reviews of pending transactions with Compensation Advisors.\nContribute to additional compensation activities, such as Rewards Planning and other team initiatives, through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.\nContribute to continuous process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen controls and documentation.\nJob Qualifications\nYou will need Advanced English skills, oral and written\nPowerful Excel skills\nAttention to detail and ability to interpret data\nBe organized, methodical, and enjoy problem solving\nExperience working with Power BI is desirable\nAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting priorities\nExcel & Power Bi\nAdvanced English
