With your background in the fitness industry you will be enthusiastic, love talking with people, motivate others, and confidently provide suitable health and fitness advice tailored to each customer’s aspirations and goals.ResponsibilitiesAlways put customers’ needs at the forefront and build personable, meaningful relationships.Maintain an interest in continuous personal development, keeping up-to-date with industry trends.Carry out initial inductions and ensure customers use equipment safely and correctly.Work with customers of all abilities, setting and monitoring programmes as appropriate.Provide personal training and small group sessions; offer additional personal training services and grow client base through face‑to‑face interactions and basic marketing tools.Collaborate with the team to keep facilities clean, safe, and compliant with regulations and company procedures.QualificationsAll Fitness Instructors should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2.
