We're looking for a dynamic **Business Development Representative (BDR) **to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and ultimately helping us grow our business.**What you'll be doing**:- **Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients that need staffing solutions.
- **Lead generation and qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding their specific hiring needs, company culture, and budget.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with potential clients.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage your sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- **Presentations & Proposals**: Deliver presentations to potential clients that highlight our expertise and solutions.
- **Hitting Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned quotas for qualified leads.**Essential Requirements**:- English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and "hunter" mentality for prospecting and generating leads
- Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Industry knowledge in the staffing sector (a plus!)
- 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in a remote work environment
