In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on Customer Activity Repository (CAR), ensuring seamless integration with SAP retail processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve performance, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports.
Implement and optimize SAP CAR functionalities to support retail business processes.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure integration between SAP CAR, SAP ERP, and other related systems.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Provide technical documentation and training to support team members and end-users.
Stay updated on SAP ABAP and CAR best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications for SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Proven expertise with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
Strong understanding of SAP Retail processes.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications for SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant

Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
