**Job Purpose**: This position is responsible for coordinating and planning local & compliance training as well as the recruitment and onboarding processes. Measure and analyse the organization's work environment through people surveys. Coordinates and carries out local benefits and engagement events during the year. Ensures internal communication associated with site and HR topics.
**Principal Accountabilities**: Learning: Collect of training need per areas such as Quality, EHS, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc. Monitoring of on-the-job training completion for every position and every time a new employee is hired. Make Follow up on compliance & ethics training completion of all the employees. Training organization: preparation of the training room, signature records, training assessment, record of training certifications. Preparation of monthly training KPI’s. Updating of the training matrix according to the regulations and requirements. Key experience/Skills
**Education**: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar
More than 4 years of experience in Learning, development and recruiting activities ideally within Manufacturing or Chemical Industries.
**Skills**: Autonomy, Interpersonal Skills. Proactive and planning skills
