Overview
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with strong technical capabilities and client-facing experience to join a growing SaaS company in the healthcare space.
This role requires a professional who can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, configure technical environments, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful client implementations.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes
Configure and troubleshoot client setups within a SaaS platform
Support technical integrations, including API testing and data validation
Work with SQL databases to analyze and validate data
Identify and resolve configuration and integration issues
Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards when applicableRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding support, implementation, or a SaaS client-facing role
Proven experience in technical onboarding
Strong SQL knowledge (querying and troubleshooting)
Experience with API testing tools
Experience working in cloud environments
Ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Advanced English communication skills (C1/C2 required)
Based in LATAMPreferred QualificationsExperience working with EHR systems or healthcare platforms
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and PHI handling
Experience with SFTP, S3, or secure file transfer tools
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience with tools such as Linear, ClickUp, Jira, or Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldCompensation & BenefitsUSD 2,500 monthly compensation
