The Role
We are hiring a senior‑level Partner Manager / Channel Director to build and activate strategic relationships across the global Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will focus on:Developing strong relationships with:
Salesforce Account Executives
Regional Sales Leaders
Industry Directors
Sales Associates
Internal Salesforce Partner ManagersPositioning Kompetenza as the innovation partner of choice
Driving qualified pipeline across our three core solution stacksCore Responsibilities
1️⃣ Salesforce Ecosystem Relationship BuildingBuild and manage strategic relationships inside Salesforce (multiple regions)
Increase visibility across AE and regional sales teams
Support co‑sell and joint account planning initiatives
Navigate Salesforce internal structures and sales motions effectively2️⃣ Solution Positioning & GTM
Promote and position:EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit
Corporate Services Cloud
Business-Ready Salesforce
Conduct account mapping sessions
Identify white space opportunities
Develop strong vertical use cases3️⃣ Partner EnablementRun enablement sessions for Salesforce sellers
Create compelling solution positioning material
Develop internal Salesforce champions
Align with Salesforce Partner Program strategy4️⃣ Pipeline & Revenue ImpactGenerate partner‑sourced opport
