- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of complex engineering and industrial projects.
- Monitor contractor deliverables, progress, performance, and adherence to project baselines.
- Chair project meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate key issues for client decision.
- Drive the risk, issue, and change management processes, ensuring proactive mitigation and structured decision-making.
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of project controls, reporting, and governance structures.
- Manage stakeholder engagement: act as focal point for communication with contractors, suppliers, regulators, and client executives.
- Support budget tracking and reporting, providing early warnings on deviations and risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and ethical standards across all phases of the project.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and application of lessons learned to optimize project delivery.
- Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project management within major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
- Experience in nuclear reactor projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in industrial processes or similar complex industrial facilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
