**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:- Design, implement and maintain a Data Governance & analytics program for the medical team.
- Promote a data driven decision-making process: data extraction, storage, governance, automation of processes and analysis with statistical techniques and visualization reports.
- Promote the use of new digital technologies in the medical field to solve daily challenges.
- Work together with the Business Excellence and Execution team for the implementation of management tools and visualization of KPIs.
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs that allow evaluating the performance of the business
- Segmentation and Targeting Analysis for optimization of strategic decisions before and after product launching.
- Explore the opportunities and difficulties of implementing new technology in health care and navigate the healthcare barriers from stakeholders in analyzing gaps that can be closed with technology and data.**_ Ideal _**_Background_**

- Prior experience in Data Science and Data Governance
- Proven experience and knowledge of the scientific method, research project design, statistical analysis and scientific publication.
- Preferably prior experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
