- Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
- Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
- Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
- Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
- Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
- Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fuflill open project demandsSkills and experiences- Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
